By accessing “Iyota” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Iyota”, “https://www.iyota.io”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “Iyota”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “Iyota” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Iyota” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Iyota” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “Iyota” shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Scraping for Generative AI

You agree that all content on “Iyota,” including but not limited to posts, comments, and user-generated text, is protected by international copyright laws, including the Berne Convention, and applicable national laws. Scraping, harvesting, extracting, or any other form of automated collection of content from “Iyota” for the purpose of training generative artificial intelligence (AI) models or for any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from “Iyota” and/or its owner.

Any individual, entity, or organization that engages in such unauthorized scraping or uses scraped data to develop or enhance generative AI models shall be deemed to have violated these terms and will be liable for damages. Damages will be calculated as a reasonable royalty, considering the commercial value of the scraped data and the financial standing of the perpetrator, and must be paid to “Iyota” and/or its owner.

This provision is enforceable under applicable international intellectual property and data protection laws. Violations may result in legal action in the relevant jurisdictions where the perpetrator resides, operates, or where the generative AI model is utilized, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where “Iyota” and/or its owner is located.
